About this site

This website gives general information about HC Auto Source's vehicle sourcing services. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a specific vehicle, a quote, or a guarantee of price, availability or savings.

Requests are not purchase authorization

Submitting a request form starts a conversation. It does not authorize us to buy a vehicle. We only bid on or buy a vehicle after you approve the specific vehicle and maximum price, sign our customer agreement and pay the required deposit.

Fees, deposits and agreements

Fees and deposits shown on this site are starting points and minimums. Your final sourcing fee, deposit, refund and cancellation terms, payment deadlines and all charges are set out in your signed customer agreement, which controls over anything on this site.

Auction purchases

Vehicles bought at auction are subject to that auction's rules. Auction sale lights and announcements are not warranties. Arbitration rights vary by auction and sale terms and may be limited or unavailable, especially on as-is sales. Independent inspection is recommended where available. Unless your agreement says otherwise, vehicles are sold as-is without warranty from HC Auto Source.

Example deals, savings comparisons, photos and calculator results on this site are illustrative only. Actual prices, auction costs, transport, tax, title and registration vary.
